“A life-changing moment occurred in 1978 when, as a university student, I was invited to serve as a summer Camp Counselor at Easterseals Wisconsin Camp Wawbeek in Wisconsin Dells. It forever shaped who I am and what I inspire to do in life. The mission of Easterseals represents an absolute commitment to increasing independence, maximizing opportunities, minimizing barriers, and enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities. To serve this organization in helping to shape others’ today and tomorrow is indeed a privilege and a shared passion.”
